Eileen texted me this picture a couple of days ago. A picture from Thanksgiving 2002. We had been dating for 3 weeks and 1 day. I still remember how excited I was to introduce him to my friends. I also love that hat (or I guess, visor) on him. It’s weird to think we had more piercings back then. No tattoos, but more rings. I was so smitten. Still am.
